Last updated: May 2026. All players are required to follow these rules. Violations may result in a warning, temporary ban, or permanent ban depending on severity.
1. 🤝 General Conduct
- Treat all players with respect. Racism, discrimination, and harassment of any kind are strictly prohibited.
- Personal attacks, threats, or sustained hostile behavior toward other players may result in a ban.
- Keep chat in Finnish or English. Excessive profanity or disruptive communication is not allowed.
- Do not spam the chat or voice channels.
- Impersonating admins or other players is forbidden.
2. 🚫 Cheating & Exploits
- Cheating is strictly forbidden and results in a permanent ban with no appeal.
- Abusing game mechanics (exploits, item duplication, bug abuse) is prohibited.
- Third-party software or tools that provide an unfair advantage are banned.
- Using safe zones or protected areas to gain an unfair combat advantage is not allowed.
3. 🏗️ Building & Bases
- Do not build on or block access to game infrastructure (loot spawns, monuments, or roads).
- Grief building – building solely to harass or trap other players – is not allowed.
- Do not leave large numbers of abandoned bases on the map. Clean up your structures if you stop playing.
- Intentionally creating lag or excessive entity counts to harm server performance is prohibited.
4. ⚔️ PvP & Raiding
- PvP is allowed everywhere on the map – this is Rust!
- Raiding is a core part of the game and is fully permitted, but raiding purely to grief with no gain is discouraged.
- Deliberately and repeatedly targeting new players (under 24 hours on the server) is not allowed.
5. 👨💼 Admin & Staff
- Admin decisions are final. Disputes can be raised in the Discord #appeals channel.
- Disrespecting, threatening, or harassing admins will result in an immediate ban.
- Report rule violations in Discord #reports – do not take matters into your own hands.
- Admins will never ask for your password or personal information.
6. 🔔 Punishments
